Asters acts as a legal counsel to the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) in connection with its EUR 10 million financing to Novopecherska School, a leading private education institution in Kyiv.
A 9-year loan will support the construction of the school's new building and will allow Novopecherska School, currently operating close to its capacity, to increase the number of students from 500 to 1,200. The school's modern state-of-the-art new facilities will be constructed in the Kyiv residential area of UNIT.City – the first Ukrainian innovation district, comprising residential and office buildings, co-working spaces, meeting and collaboration facilities, as well as social infrastructure.
Asters’ team advising on the project consisted of partner Iryna Pokanay, counsels Gabriel Aslanian and Anzhelika Livitska, and associates Inna Bondarenko and Viktoria Zagreba.
