The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes the signing of the United States-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund, a pivotal step toward Ukraine’s economic recovery.
The agreement, finalized on April 30, 2025, in Washington, D.C., establishes a jointly managed Reconstruction Investment Fund aimed at rebuilding Ukraine’s infrastructure and economy following the devastation caused by Russia’s full-scale war.
