We want to structure and make effective the search and recruitment of cybersecurity experts. Nowadays, searching for the same position, companies often fill vacancies description with redundant or confused requirements. Sometimes, the employer doesn’t understand what he actually wants from the expert. And the expert, while reading job description, doesn’t understand his real duties on this position.
We have assembled a basic set of the most common vacancies on the market and the professional requirements (hard skill) for these vacancies from different sources. On our own, we cannot single out the “one-size-fits-all” requirements for these positions. Therefore, we ask you to fill in the relevant Google forms for those vacancies that are (were or will be) relevant for your organization. It is necessary to specify the requirements that you consider important for recruiting a specialist for certain position (without considering requirements for experience, soft-skills, etc.).
We understand that the task is vast and that this request may and should be expanded by other experiences and examples.
