Oleksandr works in KPMG’s International Tax Practice, keeping clients up to date with all the latest changes and trends. Oleksandr’s previous experience includes work at KPMG Malta where he was responsible for advising clients on international tax structuring when establishing and operating holding companies, as well international financial and trading structures. Oleksandr has provided tax support to corporate and financial restructuring projects in more than 10 jurisdictions; including Malta, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Italy.

Oksana Panchenko, Senior Manager, Corporate Tax, KPMG in Ukraine. Oksana has extensive experience advising with their financial and tax accounting needs. Specialising in tax due diligence and tax diagnostics, Oksana’s has assisted domestic and international companies in various industries, including IT. Oksana is involved in client-oriented seminars dedicated to accounting and tax issues delivered via KPMG’s Insight Academy.

Mariia Klepakova, Senior Consultant, Corporate Tax, KPMG in Ukraine. Mariia has more than four years of experience in tax due diligence for Ukrainian companies. She has been involved in more than 15 engagements conducting tax due diligence and tax diagnostics, tax structuring, and tax advisory specifically for domestic and international IT companies.
