In 2013, under the leadership of the OECD, the world saw the project of the most significant tax reform in history - the Plan to Combat the Tax Base Erosion (better known as the BEPS Counteraction Plan). Most of the BEPS plan was implemented in Ukraine in 2020.
The tax world did not have time to recover and adapt to the introduction of BEPS 2.0 as a two-tier plan for global reform of the digital economy appeared. The world is becoming digital, and the tax world is no exception. Start in 2023.
