USAID’s Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities Activity in Ukraine (AGRO) (hereinafter referred to as “AGRO”), implemented by Chemonics International (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), is seeking sub-award applications for implementation of activities designed to address:
- Post Harvest Processing Capacity Development.
- Services Enhancement for Agricultural Producers.
- U.S.-Ukraine Collaboration to Advance Critical Agriculture Sector Reforms Facilitated.
The sub-awards will be awarded and implemented in accordance with USAID and US Government regulations governing sub-awards under cooperative agreements and AGRO’s internal sub-award management policies.
AGRO will hold a pre-application online workshop on July 2, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This workshop will allow eligible and interested applicants the chance to ask questions about the APS and receive guidance on how to complete the application form. Interested applicants that meet the eligibility requirements defined in Section ІІІ below and would like to attend this workshop must confirm their attendance by filling out the registration form by June 30, 2025, via the link below. In this form you’ll be requested to provide the participant’s name, the organization’s name and contact information (e-mail and telephone number).
Information for Application Submission
- By June 30, 2025 – register for the pre-application seminar by filling out the form below.
- On July 2, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:00, the USAID AGRO Program will hold an additional pre-application online seminar.
- By July 4, 2025, send all questions regarding this APS to the email address: agro.subawards@chemonics.com with reference to APS-13;
- July 21, 2025 – deadline for application submission under I stage
- By 18:00 on January 30, 2026 – final deadline for application submission (or until funds are no longer available).

When confirming attendance, please note if the person has any special needs to access the workshop. No reimbursement for costs of attendance will be met.
