We are excited to invite you to the UGS Virtual Fundraising Event with Olia Hercules, a London-based Ukrainian chef, food stylist, and award-winning cookbook author.
Olia will perform a live masterclass from London on how to make delicious vegetarian holubtsi. You can’t miss it!
The event will be held via Zoom on November 20th from 11 am to 12:30 pm EST (6 – 7:30 pm Kyiv time).
During the event, you will hear updates from the UGS leadership and cook along with a renowned chef just a week before Thanksgiving! You can always add delicious holubtsi to your festive Thanksgiving table. We will send the ingredients and cooking instructions to the registered guests closer to the event.

Olia’s innovative exploration of the cuisines of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus has captured the interest and imagination of the culinary world.
