State Enterprise “Medical Procurement of Ukraine” (SE “MPU”) invites to the meeting “Public procurement in healthcare in 2021: organization and conduct of the procedures”. The event is organized within the market consultations performed by the SE “MPU” 1 and aims to provide suppliers with detailed information on the centralized public procurement of medicines and medical devices through the SE “MPU” with public funds in 2021.
The presentation will take place on March 25, from 09.30 to 13.15. Due to the restrictions connected with the COVID-19 pandemic, the event will take place in two formats - offline (up to 60 persons, who will register among the first ones; one representative per company) and online. The offline format will take place with respect to all necessary anti-epidemic measures (wearing masks during the event, social distancing and usage of the antiseptics are required, checking of the temperature and ventilation of the meeting room will take place).

- Execution of the contracts and reporting
- Peculiarities of conducting the procedures in the areas of ART and treatment of tuberculosis

State Enterprise “Medical Procurement of Ukraine” was established in October 2018 with the aim to organize and carry out state procurement of medicines and medical devices, as well as to act as the provider of services to the decentralized clients in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”.
The main goal of the SE “MPU” is to ensure transparent and effective state procurement in the healthcare of high-quality medicines and medical devices and to become Ukraine's central expert organization on the procurement of medical goods.
In 2020 SE “MPU” for the first time ever procured products for the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (MOH) central programs. In 2020, the CPA was authorized to procure products for 14 out of 38 MOH state programs, as well as procure personal protective equipment, rapid tests, COVID-19 medicines and equipment, ambulances and COVID-19 vaccines. We also developed Prozorro Market medical catalogues. The report on the results of the 2020 procurement is already published. In 2021, according to the Order of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine № 32 from 12.01.2021, SE "MPU" will perform procurements of medicines and medical devices for 19 areas
