The discussion will focus on practical issues arising from the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Making Construction Products Available on the Market”, including the application of transitional provisions, the submission of construction product performance declarations through the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction, and other regulatory and technical challenges faced by the market participants.
The meeting will feature representatives of the State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, and the State Enterprise “Administrator of the Urban Planning Cadaster at the State Level”.
