As part of UNICEF’s ongoing collaboration with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU), the National Police, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, we are inviting you to join a national Winter Safety Campaign aimed at protecting children and families during the cold and dark season.
Last winter, Ukraine recorded over 23,000 road accidents, including 4,000 cases involving children. With increasing risks this year due to frost and power outages, our collective action is vital. This campaign focuses on promoting simple, life-saving behaviours — such as wearing reflective elements, being visible, and caring for loved ones.
As leaders committed to family-friendly workplaces, your voice and engagement can help protect thousands of children and families across Ukraine including your colleagues and their families.
We would like to invite you to an online presentation of the initiative, where we will share the campaign concept, communication materials, and opportunities for partnership and action.
