The meeting was devoted to the discussion of key challenges agricultural industry faces during tax inspections on transfer pricing issues, namely:
- comparison of prices on the date of export, not on the date of the contract (pricing)
- accrual of taxes while signing the additional agreements to export contracts
- retrospective application of the transfer pricing rules to raw materials
