During the meeting, participants discussed the following issues related to Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) concept implementation in Ukraine:
- Concerns of Ukrainian businesses regarding practical implementation of AEO legislation in Ukraine
- Difficulties with application of financial solvency coefficients as well as other issues of the AEO status obtaining
- Impact of cancellation of existing customs simplifications from November 2022
- Amendments/improvements to legislation required for efficient work of AEO concept
