Sergiy Pogrebnoy, Partner at Sayenko Kharenko. Sergey Pogrebnoy has been deeply engaged in corporate security issues for more than 31 years. He has extensive expertise in developing and implementing corporate security systems, conducting internal investigations into allegations of corporate fraud, and defending client interests in corporate conflicts. He has gained considerable experience advising clients on the most critical aspects of their business, from investigatory and enforcement actions against them to protection in criminal proceedings.
Viktor Drobotenko, Deputy Director, SK Security. Viktor Drobotenko is a retired colonel of police with vast experience in participation in international peacekeeping operations under the UN umbrella and deep knowledge of the history of armed conflicts and post-war environments. He has practical field experience not only in Ukraine but in other countries, which had been affected by war and the genocidal aggression of strong neighbors. As deputy director at SK Security, he is leading the company's analytical department and ensures situation monitoring and analyses, forecasting of war-specific threats, as well as preparing risk management recommendations and training for the clients.
