The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, jointly with Bono Legal and Hausfeld, is glad to invite you to the upcoming Knowledge Webinar "Options For War Damage Redress". The link to the webinar will be sent only to the registered participants.
The proposed webinar will consider three types of claims: institutional and intra-state claims, private claims against Russia and Russian state-associated companies, and insurance claims. It will particularly focus on insurance claims that can be brought against Ukrainian and Western insurers and funded by third-party funders, offering prospects of low-cost and effective recovery strategies.

Speakers:
Alan Riley, Professor, College of Europe. A member of the Advisory Committee (the judicial panel) of the Energy Community, Vienna (2016-2024), and a Senior Fellow, Atlantic Council, Washington DC. He specializes in antitrust, trade and energy law, and EU policy issues.
Pavlo Byelousov, Partner, Bono Legal. Pavlo is a founding partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Ukrainian law firm Bono Legal. For over two decades, Pavlo Byelousov has specialised in international arbitration and litigation, with a particular focus on investment, commercial, and energy-related disputes.
Ned Beale, Partner, Hausfeld. Ned is a Partner Co-Head of Commercial Disputes at Hausfeld, a specialist disputes law firm with offices in the US, UK and EU. He has acted in claims arising from Ukraine’s invasion, both in court and international arbitration.
Tetyana Nesterchuk, Barrister, Fountain Court Chambers. Tetyana is an experienced litigator and arbitrator. She is a recommended arbitrator by the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, a member of ICC (Ukraine) and has acted pro bono as counsel in various claims following the invasion of Ukraine.
