The regulation on the protection of personal data of EU citizens (GDPR) is becoming more and more relevant for Ukrainian companies, not only those that enter the EU markets but also those that work exclusively on the territory of Ukraine, because the harmonization of Ukrainian and EU legislation is one of the main requirements European integration policy.

He ensured the creation of conditions for the conclusion of the Agreement on the Association of Ukraine with the EU, formulated in Article 15, "Protection of Personal Data".
