Yuliia Tantsiiura, Counsel of Litigation Practice at EVERLEGAL. Yuliia's main areas of expertise include dispute resolution in various jurisdictions, contract law, banking law, antitrust law, tort law, and land relations. Yulia is also responsible for the protection of intellectual property rights. One of her current areas of expertise is disputes related to compensation for damages caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Yuliia has more than 15 years of professional experience gained while working in courts of general and commercial jurisdiction, as well as in consulting.
Ganna Khrystova, Head of the Kyiv Office of the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Ganna Khrystova holds a degree of Doctor of the Science of Law. From 2016 to April 2024, she was managing the Council of Europe projects related to internal displacement and human rights protection of war-affected persons. She is an author of more than 60 publications in the human rights field and the theory of law. Ganna is a member of the Scientific and Advisory Council of the Сonstitutional Court of Ukraine, co-chair of the Expert Council under the Representative of the Commissioner for the Rights of Citizens Affected by the Armed Aggression Against Ukraine.
