2022 has become a year of significant changes to labour legislation. First of all, such changes are caused by the full-scale military aggression of the russian federation and the introduction of martial law. Currently, special labor relations rules regarding working hours, vacations, and change of essential working conditions are being applied. Meanwhile, new legislative tools have been established, such as suspension of employment and simplified regulation of labor relations. Also, the issues of mobilization and reservation of employees at the enterprise remain relevant.

Apart from "military changes", the Labour Code of Ukraine has been supplemented with other important regulations that will apply even after the termination of martial law. At the event, we discussed the key innovations of 2022 and answered the main questions that arise in business.
