According to the reviewing of 1,000 accounts of employees from 20 large companies, 53% of them do not follow basic information hygiene. In January-June 2020 they published 4519 posts with fakes and manipulations.

Lack of information hygiene in the team is a separate risk group for every business, especially for large companies. The current situation with the coronavirus has activated it. It is impossible to replace employees in the short run. However, you can begin to manage this effectively and, as a result, minimize risks and begin to change the situation.

During the seminar, we discussed the following:

  • How did 2020 transform existing models of information reception?
  • Main types of information attacks - direct and indirect
  • Why the lack of information hygiene of employees is a threat to the company?
  • How to protect yourself and your business from information viruses and information attacks?

Oksana Moroz, founder of the initiative on information hygiene "How not to become a vegetable". Oksana has worked in the virus-making industry for almost 20 years, manipulating public opinion. She implemented more than 1,000 projects, including working in the presidential and parliamentary elections. Her clients include but not limited to top Ukrainian politicians and businessman well known by majority if not all of Ukraine population. Since 2015, she has been a permanent guest speaker at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. Nowadays Oksana quit the industry of virus-makers and is engaged in the formation of information hygiene for Ukrainians. Author of the book "The Nation of Vegetables? How information changes the thinking and behavior of Ukrainians". Oksana's materials are regularly published by leading Ukrainian mass media, in particular Pravda.com.ua, nv.ua, Radio NV, etc.
