The quarantine and its aftermath challenge business to be as focused, agile and efficient as possible, including when dealing with state authorities. At the same time the state imposes and amends specific limitations due to public health concerns and takes additional regulatory steps which impact business environment. During the seminar, we discussed how to interact with the state bodies and officials efficiently, shared some hints and tips of the (out of court) administrative appeal procedure, told about crucial soft skills, integrity, reputation management and conflict resolution.
