The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has emergency powers to stop any business. The algorithm of such actions is simple – to conduct an inspection, identify violations, draw up an act, file a lawsuit, and get a court decision. Statistics show that the number of such cases has more than doubled in recent years. Small, medium and large businesses are at risk. The courts, in turn, largely support SES' requirements as the liability in such cases is extraordinary.
During the seminar, we discussed how to build a strategy for the judicial defense of your business and protect yourself against any connected risks, as well as talked about specific features of execution of court decisions in case of their acceptance not in favor of business.
