During the session, we told about the specific features of management in startups that can help corporations to revise traditional management principles in order to create a more innovative environment within.
In particular, we considered:
- how the revision of the concept of responsibility and accountability promotes team innovation
- how the introduction of openness of everyone's goals and their coherence accelerates the company's development
- how ambitious thinking and entrepreneurial culture increase the value both of the company and of each employee

Marharyta Velebnyk, Project Manager, Center for Entrepreneurship. MA Degree in International Information Analytics and Translation. Marharyta has a significant experience in analytics and three years of job experience in coordinating international academic programs at the International Office of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. She completed a number of international trainings in project management at the European universities, including the University of Bologna, University of Groningen, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, University of Valencia, University of Uppsala and Paris East Créteil Val de Marne University.
