During this session, we discussed how being an inclusive leader can help you generate new ideas and achieve better results, as well as engage your entire workforce, not just half of it. Rania shared valuable insights which she gained through interactions with women in Ukraine following the publication of her first book in Ukrainian – Undeterred: The Six Habits of Women in Emerging Economies.
