Managers always make decisions by taking responsibility and acting in the uncertainty zone. However, many solutions are not as effective as we would like them to be. How do we think when making decisions? There are studies proving that decisions are made by the mind unconsciously, and only afterwards the consciousness explain these decisions at the rational level. So we are deprived of the freedom of choice, and cannot be responsible for the consequences of these decisions. In Wikipedia, there are 175 ways how "deceive" our consciousness by the mind.
During the session, we considered:
- How to improve the quality of management decisions?
- How to understand in which way the decision was made: unconsciously or by the rational part of consciousness?
