Promoting the rule of law, comprehensive judicial reform, fair justice, eradication of corruption, transparent selection, and work of judges at all levels of the judicial system
Priority 2
Ensuring effective protection of investors' rights:
1. Ensuring effective and transparent cooperation with the law enforcement agencies and lawmakers;
- ensuring monitoring of a proper, transparent, and consistent re-certification process of employees of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine.
2. Civil protection of investors' rights:
- development of legislation in the field of war risks.

Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Lobbying" and ensuring the proper implementation of its provisions
Priority 4
Facilitating the improvement of the legal regime related to martial law and the post-martial law period to ensure the proper functioning of businesses in Ukraine, including issues of russia’s frozen assets and mechanisms for compensation of losses resulting from the russian aggression
