Chamber Meeting with Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention

Chamber Meeting with Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention

Implement rule of law, real and effective judicial reform, fair justice, ensure a transparent selection of judges at all levels, as well as adhere to the independence of the anti-corruption agencies – are among AmCham’s 10 highest Priorities for Ukraine's Post-War Economic Recovery.

The decisive prerequisite for building trust among investors to commit significant capital to Ukraine is the stability and predictability of the rule of law. The rule of law is also a powerful signal of confidence for international partners and companies operating locally. Upholding the rule of law is one of the most important factors in ensuring the independence of the state's anti-corruption policy.

AmCham Ukraine President Andy Hunder, Vice President Tetyana Prokopchuk, and member companies’ representatives met with Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), and his team.

In focus the discussion of priority areas of NACP work:

- certain aspects of the Law of Ukraine "On Lobbying";

- sanctions policy;

- declaration submission process;

- further cooperation with the business community.

We are grateful to Viktor Pavlushchyk and all the NACP's professional team for their involvement and willingness to cooperate with the business community during wartime.
