Lactalis Ukraine is one of the leading dairy companies in Ukraine, offering a broad portfolio of high-quality dairy products. The company is part of Groupe Lactalis, a privately owned French family business, the world leader in dairy products and the world's largest cheese producer.
In 1996, Groupe Lactalis became the first foreign investor in Ukraine's dairy industry by establishing a French-Ukrainian joint venture based on the Mykolaiv City Dairy Plant. In 2007, the Group acquired a manufacturing facility in Pavlohrad, followed by the acquisition of a cheese production plant in Shostka in 2021.
Today, Lactalis Ukraine operates three manufacturing sites and a commercial company headquartered in Kyiv, employing approximately 850 people.
The company produces more than 250 dairy products under the Président, Dolche, Laktonia, Lactel, Fanni, Loko Moko and Shostka brands. It also imports Président, Galbani and Leerdammer cheeses produced by Groupe Lactalis.
