JSC “INGO Insurance Company” is one of Ukraine’s leading providers of personal and corporate insurance. The company holds licenses for 18 classes of insurance and ranks among the market leaders by gross written premiums, assets and claims paid. According to the National Association of Insurers of Ukraine (NAIU), in the first seven months of 2025 INGO ranked third in the market by gross written premiums - up one position year-on-year - collecting UAH 3.1 billion in January-July 2025.
Core business lines continue to demonstrate stable growth. INGO is a leader in the corporate insurance segment. In the compulsory motor third-party liability (CMTPL) market, the company collected over UAH 724 million in premiums in seven months, placing it among the top five insurers. In the International Motor Insurance Card (“Green Card”) segment, INGO is also in the top five with almost UAH 153 million in premiums. In voluntary health insurance (VHI), the company maintains leading positions, collecting UAH 646 million over the same period.
Claims settlement is a key performance marker. Based on NAIU data, for the first seven months of 2025 INGO also ranked among the top three by claims paid, compensating over UAH 1.1 billion to clients. The largest payouts were made in motor and health insurance.
INGO fully complies with the National Bank of Ukraine’s requirements on ownership transparency, solvency, capital adequacy and risk management, and maintains a strong business reputation of its owners and management. Liquidity indicators confirm the company’s high capacity to meet its obligations in full and on time, including under insurance contracts. On September 30, 2025, the rating agency IBI-Rating affirmed INGO’s long-term credit rating and financial strength rating at ‘uaAA’ with an Outlook: Developing.
