The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the process of digitalization in the agriculture sphere and electronic circulation of phytosanitary certificates in the system The Hub.
The discussion was focused on the following issues:
- possibility of Ukraine's accession to the electronic system The Hub for the exchange of phytosanitary certificates;
- prospects for transferring the circulation of warehouse documents and operations with grain at elevators in electronic form.
