Virtual Business Roundtable Discussion on Ukraine with Assistant Secretary for Global Markets and Director General of the United States and Foreign Commercial Service Ian Steff

The event was organized by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in partnership with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and the USUBC.

During the roundtable, the Assistant Secretary was joined by senior representatives from the Development Finance Corporation, U.S. Export-Import Bank, World Bank, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in discussing economic developments in Ukraine and highlighting commercial projects they are supporting in this market.

The roundtable enabled participants to share their perspectives on doing business in Ukraine as well as to learn about the various programs being launched by the U.S. government in this growing market.  Participants also had an opportunity to learn how the U.S. Commercial Service can assist their individual company in entering or expanding in Ukraine.
