INTEGRITES acted as a legal advisor to Sibelco, one of the leading minerals and materials companies in Europe, on the acquisition of two Ukrainian clay producers – Euromineral LLC and Kurdyumovsky plant PrJSC.

The acquisition of the facilities which have officially become part of Sibelco helped the client to grow its positions on the regional market and increase its access to reserves of raw materials.
