- The roots of systemic problem causing the long-term non-enforcement of the national courts' decisions
- Necessary measures for an effective enforcement system in Ukraine
- Legal regulation of enforcement proceedings in Ukraine in the context of compliance with the Council of Europe standards
- The reform of the executive service as an element of decisions’ enforcement
- The experience of the Council of Europe member states in establishing and functioning of an effective enforcement system of court decisions
