The issue of finding alternatives to the execution of contracts, the documents related to their performance and internal company's documents in a paper form has been raised due to the imposition of restrictive measures and the risks of new COVID-19 outbreaks. Paper documents' exchange is limited or, in certain cases, even impossible due to the quarantine. During the seminar, we considered how to sign the contracts and the internal documents safely in such circumstances and what are the advantages of the proposed alternative.
In particular, we considered:
