What Do Ukrainian CEOs Think About the Future of Ukraine? KPMG in Ukraine Invites Business Leaders to Take Part in Their Annual Survey

What Do Ukrainian CEOs Think About the Future of Ukraine? KPMG in Ukraine Invites Business Leaders to Take Part in Their Annual Survey

KPMG in Ukraine has launched its latest CEO Outlook 2026, the eight edition of the annual survey of Ukrainian CEOs, business owners, and C-level executives.

Ukrainian businesses must continue to navigate a highly complex and uncertain environment. In addition to the ongoing war, as well as attendant talent shortages and energy resilience concerns, businesses must now also incorporate the rapidly increasing influence of artificial intelligence solutions and shifting market dynamics when making decisions and long-term plans.

CEO Outlook 2026 explores how business priorities have evolved in response to these challenges and helps determine which issues matter the most to Ukrainian executives. The results of KPMG in Ukraine’s annual survey will also make it possible to compare local business views with those of global peers and identify the factors shaping worldwide business decisions.

Business leaders can participate in the survey here: Take the survey.

As with previous years, KPMG in Ukraine’s CEO Outlook includes a dedicated section focused on local concerns. In 2026, KPMG in Ukraine will continue to examine the impact of prolonged war on business models, workforce strategies, investment decisions, and approaches to business continuity.

The questionnaire consists of 34 questions grouped into five thematic sections: Risks, Resilience and Growth; AI and Technology; Talent and Workforce; ESG and Sustainability; and a special “Ukraine 2026” section.

The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. Participation is anonymous and confidential, with all responses analysed and reported in an aggregated format. The CEO Outlook 2026 survey will remain open to responses until 20 September 2026.

Participants will also be among the first to receive the findings of KPMG in Ukraine’s CEO Outlook 2026 and will also have the opportunity to take part in follow-up interviews, sharing their unique experiences of leading companies during wartime.
