Effective project management today is not just a professional skill but a critical factor in the successful delivery of business initiatives. PwC Academy Ukraine was selected to deliver a corporate training program for the Flex team through the Applied Project Management Course. The program was designed to enhance practical project management skills, strengthen team collaboration, and establish a unified approach to project delivery.
During the training, participants explored key aspects of project management, including:
- project planning and initiation;
- risk, budget, and resource management;
- stakeholder engagement and communication management;
- project execution control and progress monitoring;
- change management and project governance;
- evaluation of project outcomes and business value.
A distinctive feature of the program was its strong practical focus. Together with expert trainer Anatolii Savin, participants worked on realistic project scenarios, developed project charters, created Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), designed project schedules, analyzed risks, and practiced decision-making in resource-constrained environments.
Following the training, the Flex team provided positive feedback, highlighting the program’s high professional standard, the practical value of the materials, and the trainer’s expertise.
