The eligibility requirements are as follows:
- Be a citizen and current resident of Ukraine
- Be from 21 to 45 years old at any stage of the program
- Be proficient in English
- Have relevant professional experience and a demonstrated commitment to a career in business, entrepreneurship, innovation, social entrepreneurship, or regional economic development
