LCF Law Group has opened a London office, marking an important milestone in the firm's international development and strengthening its ability to support clients in complex cross-border matters.
The new office brings LCF closer to its clients, partners and investors in the UK and beyond, while further strengthening the firm's international platform. It will also contribute to deeper cooperation between Ukrainian businesses and the international legal and business communities.
The London office works closely with LCF's Kyiv office, ensuring that client services benefit from both deep local knowledge and international reach. The team combines expertise in Ukrainian and English law across investment, infrastructure, reconstruction, dispute resolution matters, enabling the firm to support clients on both domestic and cross-border aspects of their projects and transactions.
"London is a natural choice for LCF. The opening of our London office reflects our long-term commitment to being where our clients need us most. It is a jurisdiction where many of our clients and partners already operate. Ukrainian business is becoming increasingly international, and our task is to be present where strategic decisions are made, investments are structured and complex disputes are resolved," said Anna Ogrenchuk, Managing Partner of LCF Law Group.
The opening of the London office reflects LCF's broader strategy of being where its clients need it most as their business interests continue to expand internationally. The office will also strengthen the firm's relationships with international investors, financial institutions, legal advisers and businesses that already operate in Ukraine or are exploring opportunities in the Ukrainian market.
