The first section — defines the foundation of modern competitiveness. 61% of executives consider resilience a key business attribute, emphasizing that it is not only about the ability to withstand crises, but also about readiness to grow amid uncertainty. Companies are investing in AI, data and a risk-oriented culture; however, only 42% feel ready for the full-scale use of artificial intelligence.

At the same time, only 21% of companies invest in workforce reskilling. In particular, 63% of executives emphasize the critical role of selecting the right partners for innovation.
