CMS Promotes Kateryna Chechulina to Partner in Ukraine

CMS Ukraine is pleased to announce the promotion of Kateryna Chechulina to a partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance team in Ukraine. Kateryna is dual qualified (English and Ukrainian law) and has extensive experience in international banking and finance transactions and leads high-profile English law governed cross-border financings across CEE, the Baltics and Central Asia, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Kateryna’s practice spans trade & commodity, acquisitions, corporate and project finance across various sectors, including agribusiness, energy, infrastructure, and TMT, as well as cross-border debt restructuring, green & sustainable finance, M&A in the financial sector, PPP, regulatory and financial services.

Kateryna brings deep expertise in capital markets, including fixed income and structured products (ISDA/GMRA), based on her unparalleled experience in complex transactions involving global financial institutions and central banks and projects shaping Ukraine’s trade and post-trade infrastructure and clearing frameworks.
