Andriy Samusenko, Managing Director of Mondelēz Ukraine, has been named one of Forbes Ukraine’s Top 25 CEOs. This recognition highlights his effective leadership and ability to steer the company through an exceptionally challenging environment.

Under Andriy Samusenko’s leadership, the company successfully navigated the turbulence of the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to ensure uninterrupted operations during the full-scale war. In 2024, Mondelēz Ukraine completed the full restoration of its factories which had been damaged during the aggressor’s attacks in 2022. The company consistently ranks among Ukraine’s top employers, leading taxpayers, exporters, and best-performing FMCG suppliers.

Financial performance, growth dynamics, leadership competencies, and crisis-management capabilities were key assessment factors. Andriy Samusenko is among the few executives who made the Top 25 CEOs list for the second consecutive publication of the ranking, reinforcing the consistency of his leadership and management performance.

Mondelēz Ukraine also secured a place on Forbes Ukraine’s rating of the 202 largest private companies in the country.
