AmCham Ukraine welcomes the adoption of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution #1364 “On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine #57 dated January 27, 1995 and #560 dated May 16, 2024” (Resolution).
According to the adopted Resolution, new rules for the registration and extension of deferrals from conscription for military service during mobilization will be effective from November 1, 2025. In particular, the introduced changes allow for the automatic extension and digital issuance of deferrals from conscription, as well as the submission of respective paper documents to the Centers for Administrative Services Provision.
Experts of the AmCham member companies have continuously advocated for the introduction of automatic extension of reservations and deferrals, and emphasized the need for the digitization of processes in order to ensure continuity and predictability of the reservation procedure.
We are grateful to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine team for maintaining open dialogue with the business community regarding the acute issues in the context of employees’ reservation, military service, mobilization, and military registration.
