Truman has launched a Legal department, expanding its range of services to offer a full cycle of support for businesses operating in complex regulatory environments and seeking comprehensive strategic solutions.
Truman is the largest Ukrainian company in the field of strategic communications. Its clients include leading Ukrainian corporations, Fortune Global 500 companies, and international organizations. The firm’s areas of expertise include PR, Media Relations, Public Policy, crisis and strategic communications, OSINT, fundraising, CSR, and digital reputation management.
Now, Truman adds a legal practice to its portfolio. The company has brought together top professionals from the public and corporate sectors whose expertise, combined with Truman’s existing capabilities, allows clients to receive end-to-end solutions within a single firm.
Agia Zahrebel’ska has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. From 2015 to 2019, she served as a Commissioner at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Inna Bohatykh has 25 years of experience in banking and financial law. In 2024–2025, she served as Deputy Minister of Justice, having previously headed the Ministry’s Sanctions Policy Department.
Denys Dutchak has more than 13 years of experience in corporate and competition law. He was a partner and head of the Corporate and M&A practice at Ader Haber and later led the legal department at Astarta Holding.
Truman Legal integrates into every company project as part of a comprehensive service offering, while also advising its own clients. The team’s expertise spans antitrust law, sanctions compliance, M&A, privatization, licensing, and market entry support.
“Companies come to us in moments of challenge — when their business goals intersect with reputation, regulation, and engagement with the state. In simple terms, Truman projects are about achieving strategic business objectives that require a comprehensive approach. That’s why we’ve combined deep legal expertise with a full cycle of strategic communications under one roof. We’re the first to do this in Ukraine, giving every client a single partner for solving complex challenges,” said Polina Ivanyshyna, Senior Partner at Truman.
