The meeting was devoted to the presentation of the Human Capital Resilience Charter, which is supposed to become a standard for the development of human-centered business in Ukraine. The charter was developed by Korn Ferry jointly with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
This initiative aims to:
- Unite employers in proactive addressing the key challenges of the labor market
- Ensure inclusive access to livelihoods for people and communities affected by the war
- Support a more resilient and equitable recovery of the labor market, adapted to emergency and wartime conditions
