Implement rule of law, real and effective judicial reform, fair justice, ensure a transparent selection of judges at all levels, as well as adhere to the independence of the anti-corruption agencies – are among AmCham’s 10 Priorities for Ukraine's Post-War Economic Recovery.
Aligned with these goals, the AmCham Compliance Club hosted the discussion on "The Law "On Lobbying" in Companies' Compliance Activities".
In the focus – practical aspects of implementing the Law “On Lobbying” provisions and guidance for companies on how to prepare for their implementation.
