CMS Strengthens Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice in Ukraine with the Hire of Mykhailo Sus

International law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang in Ukraine is delighted to announce that Mykhailo Sus joins the firm’s Life Sciences & Healthcare practice, based in the Kyiv office as a senior associate. Mykhailo has over seven years of legal consulting experience, specialising in competition law, regulatory, and commercial matters. He has a strong background in advising clients across multiple sectors, including a strong focus on the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry, on a wide range of issues such as advertising and promotion, compliance, personal data protection, market access and public procurement. He also has extensive experience in supporting clients in proceedings before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and in appealing the competition authority’s decisions in court. Notably, he has been involved in legislative development, including reforms in access to innovative therapies, the public procurement of medicines and the introduction of managed entry agreements in Ukraine.
