LCF Law Group is pleased to announce that Ivan Bondarchuk has been promoted to the partner's position. He will lead the Energy and Projects practice.
Ivan has ten years of professional experience in energy law. He has led projects in energy and infrastructure sectors, including investment, transactional, and regulatory matters. He has advised national and international investors in alternative energy projects. His clients include Scatec Solar, Finance Real, Elementum Energy, UDP Renewables, Esotech, United Green, DTEK etc.
Ivan is a Board member of Ukrainian Wind Energy Association and Chairman of the Committee on Energy, Oil, and Gas of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

Today, when our country's energy sector is undergoing constant destruction, and some of its facilities are located in the occupied territories, his knowledge is critically important.
