As an immediate and effective way to respond to the threats to the national interest and security, Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”. Since then, especially subsequent to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the Law and sanctions legislation as a whole have been significantly modified.
