Oleksiy Koltok specialises in complex litigation in all business sectors. Over 20 years of his legal career, he has represented national and international clients in Ukrainian courts, defending their interests in commercial disputes, corporate conflicts, disputes with government and regulatory authorities, real estate and construction, debt settlement, bankruptcy, etc. He also has extensive experience in out-of-court dispute resolution, as well as consulting on property protection, settlement agreements and negotiations.
International rankings have repeatedly recognised Oleksiy’s professionalism. Over the past year, Chambers Europe 2023 and Chambers Global 2023 have recommended him in litigation.
As a partner, Oleg Klymchuk will focus on intellectual property, media, and technology projects. Oleg’s professional interests also include assisting clients with advertising and marketing projects, acquiring and protecting rights to IP/IT products, data protection, and transactional work in the technology sector.
Many international rankings confirm Oleg’s high level of expertise. In 2023, the World Trademark Review 1000 recognised him as one of the leading experts in the Bronze League.
