We are pleased to share the news that EVERLEGAL has become a legal partner of the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Ukraine.
The EVERLEGAL team provides comprehensive legal support to the international organization in Ukraine on the full range of legal issues arising in the organization's activities. The work involves a legal team of 9 firm lawyers led by Managing Partner Yevheniу Deyneko, Partner Oleksandr Ruzhytskyi and Project Manager Daria Kravets.
Briefly about NRC
The Norwegian Refugee Council launched a humanitarian mission in Ukraine in November 2014 and currently implements programs in the following areas: legal aid and counseling, distribution of hygiene and basic necessities, cash assistance and shelter assistance, etc. In 2022, the Norwegian Refugee Council provided assistance to more than 400,000 people who were forced to flee their homes or were affected by the fighting.
Legal support of a non-governmental organization that helps Ukrainians in difficult times is of great importance to EVERLEGAL as a responsible business in Ukraine and a company that actively supports sustainable development.
Our work on this project is another step towards achieving the UN Global Sustainable Development Goals, namely Goal 16: Peace, justice and strong institutions.
