The Prosecutor General's Office, together with Ukrainian and international partners, has created a resource to properly document war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the russian military in Ukraine. The collected crime-proofing materials will be used to prosecute those involved in crimes under Ukrainian law, as well as in the International Court of Justice in The Hague and in a special tribunal after its establishment.
During this second meeting, Mr. Boniuk discussed practical issues on the created platform and addressed the issue of recovering damages caused by the war with russian federation.
