ETERNA LAW team provided full legal support on the sellers' side of the project, starting from the target’s pre-sale restructuring, through participation in negotiations and work on the transaction documentation, up to supporting the signing and closing of the transaction. The deal included the acquisition of corporate rights in several jurisdictions, intellectual property rights, assets, contracts with clients, and real estate use rights.
